Is your jewellery real gold?
No — we make premium fashion (imitation) jewellery with brass/alloy bases and gold-tone, rhodium, antique or oxidised plating, set with kundan, polki-look stones, zircons and pearls. It gives the look of fine jewellery at a fraction of the price.
Will it tarnish or turn black?
Our pieces have an anti-tarnish finish. Plating naturally fades over time with wear. To make it last, keep pieces away from water, perfume, lotions and sweat, and store each one separately in a dry, airtight pouch or box (not a velvet box).
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our pieces are lightweight, and we use hypoallergenic base metals where possible. We can't guarantee every piece is completely nickel- or lead-free, so if your skin is very sensitive, try wearing it for a few hours first.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across most of India. You can also pay online by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
How do I choose a bangle size?
Our standard size is 2.6. Message us on WhatsApp for 2.4 or 2.8 — we'll help you find your fit.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! For bridesmaid sets, return gifts or boutique orders, contact us through the contact page or WhatsApp for special pricing.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings, ear cuffs and nose pins can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Please record an unboxing video, which we need for any damage claim. See our returns policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of placing it and before it ships, you can cancel at no charge from My Orders (or message us on WhatsApp). Once an order has shipped it is treated as a return, and you pay the shipping and return costs. After 24 hours an order can't be cancelled, but it can be returned as per our return policy.
